MERCY STREET EVANGELISM MINISTRY

 

Mercy Street is based on the scripture 2 Corinthians 12:9 (NKJV) 

 

 "And He said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for My strength is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore most gladly I will rather boast in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me." 

 

Mercy Street is a community organization that will impact the community with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. It is to encourage spiritual growth, to empower the people to want to be a part of God's Kingdom.  

 

Mercy Street is helping to build the community with words of encouragement, strength in song, and food for the spirit. 

 

Mercy Street is a branch of God's grace. It is the branches that brings life to the leaves. some leaves die because they do not have connection to the vine, so the branches connect the leaves to the vine. 

 

John 15:1-2 (KJV) says,  

 

"I am the True Vine, and My Father is the Husbandman. Every branch in Me that beareth not fruit He taketh away: and every branch that beareth fruit, He purgeth it, that it may bring forth more fruit."
